Prosper ISD to host UIL!

We are thrilled to announce that Prosper ISD will have the honor of hosting this years Prosper ISD UIL Region 24 and Area B Band Contests!!

Both events will be held at Children’s Health Stadium on the following dates:

UIL Region 24 Regional Contest is October 16th

and

Area B Band Contest is October 23rd

This is going to be a historic event for not only the Rock Hill Band, but the entire Prosper ISD, and now is your chance to be a part of it all!

We will be hosting 15-30 bands, including band families and spectators in the stands, so we will need as many volunteers as possible!

Save the date: An information meeting will be held on

Wednesday, September 15th, 5:00 pm, Children’s Health Stadium Community Room

for those that have signed up by this date OR even thinking about signing up.

Per the sign-up genius for these 2 dates, there are going to be 3 shifts so keep in mind, there will be different areas that will need to be covered, all of which will be discussed during the meeting on September 15th.

Examples of volunteer spots would be: concessions, (one side only); greeters; sign in tables; loading/unloading, medical tent, etc.

While many details will be fined tuned these next few weeks, it is extremely important to have as many volunteers possible very quickly.
