Online Band Registration

Below you will find a link to the online portion of our Band Registration.

Please set aside 20-30 minutes to read through the website and each form. Click on each link and follow the instructions.

There are video examples to help with Charms login, contact info update, and finances as well. The only form that you can’t submit immediately will be the Medical History/Physical Examination form. It will need to be printed, completed, signed, scanned and uploaded (or returned in person on Sat, July 31). Per UIL rules, freshmen and juniors will need to get an updated Physical from a doctor/clinic (2nd page of that form).

You will know you’re done when you reach the Check-out Form at the bottom.

Thursday, July 15 – BOA Waco Trip Fee Deposit Due

Monday, Jul 19 – SLT starts

Thursday, July 21 – Color Guard & Percussion begin

Monday, July 27 – FULL BAND starts

Saturday, July 31 – In-Person Band Registration (All other Fees Due)
