3:59 PM School Ends – Don’t forget uniform! (battery percussion load truck)
5:20 PM Loading Crew, Drum Majors, Percussion arrive to unload truck. Section and squad leaders
arrive to get organized to assist with skirt and wrap pass out. SLT inspection at 5:35pm.
5:50 PM Arrive at Children’s Health Stadium.
6:05 PM Inspection in “set 1” block behind the scoreboard. Save Nike shirt for Saturday.
6:25 PM Start moving into stands.
7:00 PM Kickoff! Go Blue Hawks!
8:10 PM Halftime performance (approx.).
9:45 PM Game ends (approx.)
