Band Registration

Here’s what you need to know:

• At least one parent needs to attend at the designated time (see attachment for schedule).

• You DO NOT NEED to accompany your student through the process as they will be taking pictures (individual and section).

• Remember to have your fees paid in Charms and your Physical completed and uploaded.

• Rehearsal will be going on so we will dismiss kids inside to the band hall by sections

• Rehearsal will conclude at 12:00 pm and Masterclasses start at 1:30 as normal that day.

If you haven’t already, be sure to complete the online forms prior to registration day.

Also, if you have a freshman or junior, you will need to fill out and bring both pages of the physical form (1st is parent signed, 2nd is doctor signed). If you have a sophomore or senior, only the 1st page is required.
