To ensure we had enough room to feel comfortable with everyone being in one space we had to rent an excessively large room for the size of our party. It is 102 feet by 145 feet. It normally seats 650 people at 65, ten person, round tables. We have requested 44 tables that are spaced 7ft apart from each other and we will only be seating 8 people per table. We should have enough tables for a few families to reserve a table for themselves if they are uncomfortable being at a table with other people. We can’t do this for everyone obviously, but if you would like to request this, please reach out to me as soon as possible. Soon, we will post the reservation website at which you will be able to go in and buy your ticket, and reserve your seat at a table. Tickets will be $45. This helps cover parking (your parking garage ticket will be validated when you check in at the banquet), dinner, decorations, awards, and other hotel rental fees. Our class of 2021 Seniors will not have to purchase a ticket, but they will still need to reserve their seat. It is going to be a fun night celebrating our students amazing accomplishments this first year of the school. We hope you can attend!
