Wind Symphony

The Wind Symphony is Rock Hill High School’s premier performing wind ensemble classified as UIL Varsity and is typically composed of mostly upperclassmen. The Wind Symphony sets the standard in musicianship, integrity, and professionalism at Rock Hill High School. Students place into the Wind Ensemble by exemplifying the expectations listed below and through their spring audition. To audition into the Wind Symphony, students must show superior preparation on the audition material as well as mature fundamentals; the most important of which is characteristic tone quality across the range of their instrument.
